Heart rate zone calculator
Find your five training heart-rate zones from your age and, optionally, your resting heart rate.
How it works
Maximum heart rate is estimated with the Tanaka formula, 208 - 0.7 × age, which fits adults better than 220 - age.
With a resting heart rate, zones use the Karvonen method, which accounts for your fitness.
Most cardio for health and fat loss belongs in zone 2: you can talk, but not sing.

The Fit app turns these numbers into a daily plan for food, training and recovery, and adjusts them as you go. No account, and only you can read your data.
